Privacy statement of the JobPortal

By accessing to our websites please note the following process principals:

Every time you get on one of the JobPortal websites and with each access to a file, the KIT server records and evaluates the following dates for statistical purposes:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Abbreviated IP address by the last byte
  • Actually opened document
  • HTTP status code

Example: - - [10/Apr/2013:20:41:14 +0100] "GET /impressum/ HTTP/1.1" 200

The IP address is abbreviated by the last byte directly after the IP addres is recorded.

Personal profiles cannot be created with the abbreviated IP address.

If the log-in was incorrect, the complete IP address and the email address used for the log-in will temporary recorded.

By clicking on the log-in site of the Jobportal or – if the log-in site is in the cache of the browser – a session cookie will be set as soon as you log in. This session cookie will be automatically deleted from your computer by closing your browser. The data stored on the webserver will be deleted automatically after one hour of inactivity.
